Brooklyn creates a safe and expressive space to tap into whatever creativity a person may hold, whether they know it or not. Creative arts therapy (music, play, visual art, writing) is a meaningful way to open up the therapeutic space and reduce stress. Brooklyn is happy to offer her musical training and skills to help a client express and connect deeper to their inner-self. Music and therapy in all its forms have been a gift for Brooklyn throughout her life, and she is passionate about sharing that gift with others.

Brooklyn works with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life-limiting illnesses, anger, stress, women’s issues, academic issues, behavioural issues, end-of-life care, and family conflict. Cristina Snook is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She specializes in perinatal mental health, including but not limited to individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatments, anxiety during pregnancy and post-partum, perinatal grief and loss, intimacy post-baby, and early parenting challenges. Cristina is a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, with both personal experience and additional training in ADHD and neurodiversity, she understands how this intersection can uniquely impact the perinatal period.

Everett Lawrence Adams II (E.L.) worked with youth and parents in the United States in school, university and private settings. He’s now moved to Canada and helps support youth by providing counselling and Psychoeducational Assessments in challenges with school achievement, learning disabilities, goal setting, ADHD, perfectionistic thinking, developing social skills, anxiety, depression, poor self-concept, sports performance, assertiveness and boundaries, social skills, behaviour, post-high school decision making and executive functioning skills.

E.L. uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Social Skills Building, Music and Lyrical-Based activities, Solution-Focused therapy, Acceptance, Mindfulness techniques and other evidence-based approaches. He works in a client-centred approach and looks to guide students and parents to obtain the 3 Cs (Clarity, Change, Comfort) to achieve growth. He offers a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere to allow for a steady, yet challenging pace to explore challenges and effective coping skills to better manage social, emotional and academic hurdles that impact daily functioning.

Education: E.L. is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) and The College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). He has a Master’s Degree in Educational & Counselling Psychology, with an Educational Specialist degree at Tennessee Technological University.

For fun, E.L. loves spending time with family and friends. He enjoys being active, playing and watching basketball, listening to music, and watching movies.

Sousan has 10 years of experience in the Mental Health field, which includes assessing, treating and working collaboratively to support adults struggling with trauma, substance abuse, depression, stress, anxiety, and low self esteem.

Sousan utilizes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused and Existential Therapy interventions during clinical practice, customized to each patient individual and unique needs. Her main focus is to provide a safe and welcoming environment to explore emotional trauma or PTSD symptoms while maintaining respect, sensitivity and compassion towards each individual’s experiences.

Sousan’s training includes suicide prevention, motivational Interviewing and EMDR Advanced psychotherapy approach.

Education: Sousan is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, and holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology
